Using visuals to bring cohesion to a siloed business
The Challenge:
Our client was holding an event to bring together the different branches of a business which were quite siloed. Their objective was to show how connected they actually were and how to work together in unison.
The Solution:
We worked with their leadership team to build two rich pictures that would be displayed at the event to spark participant’s imaginations.
On the event, we live scribed presentations from each of the Business Units leaders as well and collated it to build an infomural showing the narrative of the conversation evolving. We achieved a common visual language for the team and they were pleased to see how their unit fit within the company’s story.
