We leverage the creative and intellectual capacity of your organisation by bringing together the right stakeholders and sponsors - whether there are 20 or 200. We bring them together, right at the start, in one or more DesignSessionsSM, to design a solution based on the right level of insight, a common level of knowledge, and a shared understanding of the barriers that need to be overcome to make change successful.
Our design process seeks to develop the whole from the beginning and adds levels of definition and understanding over time. It allows for simultaneous work on parts and the effects of those parts on the whole. Working iteratively allows the incorporation of emergent behaviour into the solution. Solutions emerge like a viewfinder coming into focus.
We follow the proven M G Taylor methods and models for transformational change.
These methods draw on learnings from architecture, business, education, psychology, technology and more, and include a number of important principles that we follow to ensure success.
Key to this way of working is Modelling and Iteration, Parallel Processing and Self-Directed Teams.
Our bespoke environments create an open space to foster collaboration and creativity. They are flexible to suit different modes of working as both interaction and autonomy are critical to innovation whilst catering to the need for individual reflection, small team understanding and large group alignment.
The facilitation team works with the sponsors of the programme or initiative to design the intervention before it begins, manage the continuing design and execution of the event process while it is happening, to bring closure to ideas and processes immediately following the event, and to open paths for progress to the next stages of work.
